Jasmine Bluecreek Clark has been completely involved in the biker culture for many years now, not only as a rider, but also as a M.S.F. safety instructor and as a mechanic. It is living this lifestyle that gives her an unique perspective from which she draws her colorful and often comical stories. Jasmine has been a member of the International Club, Women In The Wind since 1996, and has been their mc maintenance coordinator for the past 9 years. She is a thirteen year member of ABATE OF COLORADO and belonged to ABATE of South Dakota, Rushmore Chapter for 3 years prior to that. She was a member of the Freedom Chapter of Ladies of Harley for 10 years from 1994 to 2004. Jasmine has been writing articles on motorcycle maintenance the past 12 years, including a monthly column for Rocky Mtn. Rider on Maintenance, biker and motorcycle related stories during 2004 & 2005. Since 1998 she has written mc maintenance articles for Shootin'the Breeze. She is published regularly in Biker Ally Magazine currently writing the 'Playing it Safe' mc safety column as well as the 'Bench Wrench' mc maintenance column and feature articles. Jasmine also wrote maintenance articles for Genevieve Scmidts' Woman Rider Magazine. Of special interest, in 2005 Jasmine, with help from two other MSF instructors translated the Basic Rider Course into American Sign Language to improve teaching techniques for working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students. She was awarded the MSF 'Outstanding Rider Coach of 2005' in recognition of her 'Valuable Contributions to Motorcycle Safety'. She is currently learning to sign.
